This list gets me so fired up, it reminds me of the truth and lessons I have learnt over my 14 years of coaching, mostly women but some men too along the way.
It began by coaching people for weight loss and in the beginning that’s what I thought it was all about.
If you want to lose weight you do it by doing xyz and now you know what to do it is easy.
But I quickly realised that everyone already knew what to do, they just couldn’t find the motivation, time, money, focus, strength or whatever else got in the way to do it.
It set me on an amazing journey of learning, researching and discovery that have shaped the way I coach today, 14 years later.
The list is so simple, it always gives me the perspective I need and gets me fired up and motivated!
